2. Non-Tangible Goods & Refund Limitations

Our services involve publishing advertisements in newspapers. Once an ad is processed and sent for publication, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded unless it meets the refund eligibility criteria below.

As we work with multiple newspaper partners, their refund policies may differ from ours, but we ensure fairness in all transactions.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Ad Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your advertisement before it is processed for publication, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation Charges: A 15% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund.
  • Non-Publication Due to Our or the Newspaper’s Fault: If your ad is not published due to an error from our side or the newspaper’s side, we will issue a full refund without any deductions.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The advertisement has already been processed and sent for publication.
  • The ad contains incorrect details provided by the user.
  • The customer changes their mind after submission.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at customercare@ads2publish.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Provide Required Details: Include the payment receipt and order confirmation details to speed up the process.
  3. Refund Processing: If your refund request is eligible, we will:
    • Deduct a 15% cancellation charge (if applicable).
    • Issue a full refund if the ad was not published due to an error from our side or the newspaper’s side.

5. Refund Processing Time

✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-9 working days after approval.

✔ If eligible for a full refund, the entire amount will be credited without deductions.
