3. Advertisement Content Guidelines
We accept ads in good faith but reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove advertisements that violate our policies. Prohibited content includes:

- Fraudulent financial schemes or get-rich-quick scams.
- Hate speech, defamation, or politically sensitive content.

4. Payment & Pricing

- Ads2Publish does not guarantee placement position in newspapers.
- All payments are final, and no refunds are given unless an ad is not published due to newspaper error.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel or modify an ad only if it has not been processed by the newspaper. Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Eligible for Refund: If an ad is not published due to a newspaper's fault.
- Not Eligible for Refund: If the user provides incorrect details, cancels after processing, or fails to comply with guidelines.
6. Liability Limitation
Ads2Publish acts as an intermediary between advertisers and newspapers. We are not responsible for:
- Publication delays caused by the newspaper.
- Losses incurred by advertisers due to errors or omissions.
- Response or success rates of published ads.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Ads2Publish, including text, images, and trademarks, is protected under copyright law.
- Users must not submit copyrighted material unless they hold rights.
- Ads2Publish reserves the right to remove infringing content without notice.
8. Data Privacy & Security
